Veko Provisioner is operated by Veko Producciones ("we", "us"). Contact: lautifotos82@gmail.com.
What the app does
Veko Provisioner sets up and monitors Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center and Google Business Profile resources for car dealerships, and reports their status.
Data we access
Only with the explicit authorization of the account owner through Google OAuth, we access:
- Google Ads: account structure, campaigns, budgets, conversion actions and performance metrics.
- Google Analytics 4: properties, data streams, key events and settings.
- Google Tag Manager: containers, workspaces, tags, triggers and variables.
- Google Merchant Center: account settings, product and vehicle data sources, and account issues.
- Google Business Profile: location access status and store codes.
- Basic account identifiers (such as the email of the authorizing user) used to identify which authorization is in use.
How we use it
Solely to create, configure, verify and monitor the resources above on behalf of the account owner, and to detect problems such as stopped campaigns or broken feeds. We do not use this data for advertising to the user, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to this functionality.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Veko Provisioner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share Google user data with third parties, except with service providers strictly necessary to run the app (such as cloud hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Storage and security
Authorization tokens are stored in a secret manager with restricted access. Operational data (job status and metrics) is stored in access-controlled databases. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as the service relationship lasts. You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and ask us to delete the data we hold by writing to lautifotos82@gmail.com; we will do so within 30 days.
